SOBRE NMG

Nelly Morales was born in Monterrey and studied architecture at the University of Monterrey. In 2013 she began undertaking freelance projects in graphic design, editorial design, photography and brand identity. Since then, she has enhenced creativity in architectural and graphic skills for an effective, visual and conceptually-strong narrative. Today, she works as an architect designer shaping built environments in service of humanism and longevity of the planet, additionally to the creation of designs that fulfills her client's needs.

 

In 2020, Nelly participated in UDEM's seminar with Pentagram's partner, Abbott Miller, developing 3 projects: Ulter: The Scent Device, Solid Malleability, and See-through mask. Her projects were selected to present to the CRGS council in August 2021.

Her undergraduate degree's thesis 'Formal Flexiblity' won a citation of excellence in 2022, and since then her interests have grown into how public and private spaces change and how immersive communities can be achieved with new technologies, study she continues to this day.

Hola, soy María Nelly Morales, estudiante de Arquitectura en la Universidad de Monterrey.

Ha trabajado desde temprana edad en potencializar mi creatividad en proyectos de diseño gráfico, fotografía e identidad de marca. A partir de mis estudios me he involucrado en el área de construcción y arquitectura, buscando la relación entre la funcionalidad y la narrativa visual de un proyecto.
